When to Call Your Provider

Be sure to call your provider if You experience any of these things:
 

  1. Bright red vaginal bleeding
  2. Strong or sharp abdominal pain
  3. No movement from your baby during a 24 hour period  (after you are 28 weeks pregnant)
  4. Excessive swelling of the face or fingers
  5. Severe continuous headaches or recurring headaches
  6. Blurred vision or “flashing lights” sensation 
  7. Persistent vomiting
  8. Chills or fever
  9. Greatly decreased urination
  10. Contractions of 6 or more in 1 hour if you are less than 36 weeks pregnant
  11. A gush of fluid from your vagina.
     

Be sure to contact your provider’s office if you have questions or are concerned about any symptom you may be having.

Exercise Tip
Wear comfortable clothing when exercising, and do all of your exercises on the floor.
